RaLiving is a new, comfortable, recently renovated flat, ideal for couples and families with one or two children: one double bedroom, one with a single bed, and the option of a travel cot for children up to three years old. It’s a great base for reaching the beach at Viareggio – even by bike in 10 minutes – and for exploring Tuscany and Versilia; we’re located in the Terminetto neighbourhood, close to plenty of amenities and supermarkets. Private parking space and garden for the exclusive use of the guests.

We’ll contact you before your arrival to give you all the information you need. The host will then take care of check-in and handing over the keys.

PLEASE NOTE
- there are three CCTV cameras in the garden, which the owner switches off when the house is rented out.
- Groups of people under the age of 24 are not permitted;
- All guests will be required to provide their personal details and proof of identity – for the administrative formalities required in Italy – via online check-in.
- Guests must pay the tourist tax to the Municipality of Camaiore;
- You must sign a tourist rental contract as required by law upon your arrival;
- There are no bins in the town; waste collection is organised on a door-to-door basis. It is essential to sort materials as indicated in the property and place them outside the door/gate when specified in the CALENDAR
► IF, AT CHECK-OUT, WE FIND EXCESSIVE RUBBISH BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN SORTED CORRECTLY OR DISPOSED OF DURING THE WEEK, we will have to charge you €60.00 TO TAKE IT TO THE DUMP.
Don’t worry, however, if at check-out you only have a few leftovers because they weren’t collected on previous days. Please do not put them outside, but leave them in the appropriate bins or bags inside the house, on the terrace or in the garden. We kindly ask you to cooperate and take responsibility for the waste you produce!
-Heating: from November – date to be confirmed – you may switch on the heating as stipulated by the Region of Tuscany (it is not permitted to switch it on before this date).

We remind our guests to observe quiet hours and to adhere to the rules of the entire block of flats.
KEYS: Do not lose your keys, otherwise you will be charged.

Important information:
For SUMMER MONTHLY STAYS (June to September), the following are not included:
> All utility charges, which will be paid separately based on meter readings (excluding gas; only electricity and water; please note that, as there are solar panels, consumption is very low).
> Bed linen and towels.

For WINTER MONTHLY STAYS (from OCTOBER TO APRIL), the following are not included:
- Heating: from 15 November until the end of March, you may switch on the heating as stipulated by the Region of Tuscany (it is not possible to switch it on earlier). The maximum temperature is set at 19°C; if you wish to increase this, the owner may charge you for the cost of the additional gas consumption.

LOCATION
The neighbourhood of Viareggio where the property is located is very convenient due to its proximity to all amenities: supermarkets, cafés and shops.
You can cycle to the sea along Viareggio’s Promenade in 10–15 minutes, and by car you can also reach La Darsena beach, which is very beautiful and spacious.
You’ll be close to the town centre, yet in a peaceful, quiet area with no traffic.
Visit the town of Viareggio, with its wonderful Promenade in soft colours and historic Art Nouveau buildings, and the pier early in the morning where local fishermen sell their catch; in the evening, you can head into the centre to enjoy excellent food and aperitifs. Not far away are the famous areas of Lido di Camaiore, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi, where you can visit the lovely shops, bars and restaurants.
Don’t forget the natural beauty: the Apuan Alps with fantastic hiking trails, a trip through the Versilia hills in search of local specialities such as Camaiore tordelli and Gombitelli cured meats. And don’t forget the stunning wild beach of La Lecciona, with its unspoilt natural dunes – though you’ll need to bring your own food, water and parasol to spend the whole day there.
