1) All guests will be required to provide their personal informations and an identity document (Passport or ID card) for the registration process to Alloggiatiweb portal, and on the portal of the Tuscany region and of the Municipality where the house rented is located according to italian law: art. 109 TULPS, art. 12 of the decree-law n. 59 of 1978, art. 7 of the legislative decree n. 286 of 1998 and art. 193 of Royal Decree no. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guests' data to the Police Headquarters), art. 84 bis regional law n. 86/2016 "Consolidated text of the regional tourism system" which provides for a "Communication for statistical purposes" (Communication of data to the Region) and art. 70 regional law n. 86/2016 "Consolidated text of the regional tourism system" (Communication to the Municipality).

2) Guests will have to pay the City of Viareggio the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per day per person (for a maximum of 10 days) in the manner indicated, in compliance with municipal legislation.

3) Guests are required to sign a rental contract through the guest portal in application of Italian legislation (art. 1352 of the civil code).

4) It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and to organize parties or events. It is also required to respect the usual rules of good neighborliness.

5) Guests are required to comply with the separate waste collection regulation, the calendar and relative instructions will be provided.
