INTERIORS Holiday Home Daniela has been recently renovated and features three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a relaxing environment to rest after a day at the sea or exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for those who love to cook and experiment with the delicious flavors of Italian cuisine. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals, including modern appliances and high-quality utensils. The house is air-conditioned in all bedrooms and ground floor rooms, and the electricity is powered by solar panels. The furniture is of excellent quality, with comfortable mattresses and sofas suitable for a holiday focused on quality and comfort.

EXTERIORS Outside, you can enjoy a large front garden, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or organizing a barbecue with friends and family. Additionally, there is a reserved parking spot for your convenience. A canopy shelters a table and chairs where you can dine, grill using the barbecue, or lunch in the shade in the garden. At the back, a convenient laundry and storage area makes your stay even more comfortable. If you have bicycles or want to rent them, you can keep them sheltered here.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING COST

- Use of the electric vehicle charging station (if you wish to use it, consumption will be calculated separately);

-Camaiore municipal tourist tax
we will send you the total amount to be paid directly to Claudia upon arrival.

- For MONTHLY STAYS, the following are not included:
> all consumption, which will be paid separately based on meter readings (no gas, only electricity and water; please note that consumption is significantly lower due to the solar panels).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1) ONLINE CHECK-IN on the Holive portal: all guests will be required to provide their personal details and identity document in advance; these details must be further verified “in person” within 24 hours of arrival at the property, as required by Article 109 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Security), by the owner. In accordance with Italian law: Article 109 of the TULPS, Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 59 of 1978, Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 286 of 1998, and Article 193 of Royal Decree No. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guest data to the police headquarters), art. 84 bis regional law no. 86/2016 “Consolidated law on the regional tourism system” which provides for “Communications for statistical purposes” (Communication of data to the Region) and art. 70 regional law no. 86/2016 “Consolidated law on the regional tourism system” (Communication to the Municipality).

2) During online check-in, guests are required to sign a rental agreement (Article 1, paragraph 4 of Law 431/98), which is mandatory for staying in a tourist rental property.

3) Guests must pay the tourist tax to the Municipality of Camaiore, in accordance with municipal regulations.

4) You will be sent a set of rules together with the house guide, which you must comply with.

5) The house uses a self-check-in system with a safe deposit box. Claudia will send you all the information you need to arrive and collect the keys.

For different arrangements regarding access to the house before 3:00 p.m., please write to us and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.; late check-out by 12:00 p.m. is free of charge only if possible and only upon request. Late check-out after 12:00 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €50.00 for the afternoon stay.

IMPORTANT RULES
• Split cooling and heating system
• Guests under the age of 25 (groups of young people) are not allowed to stay; families are welcome!
• We remind our guests to respect quiet hours and be mindful of good neighborliness.
• Heating: starting in November, heating can be turned on as established by the Region of Tuscany (it cannot be turned on earlier).
• Do not leave dirty dishes; leave the dishwasher loaded and running at check-out so that the dishes and glasses can be washed before the next check-out; you may be charged for extra cleaning.
• There are no bins for separate waste collection in the city. You will find all the information you need to separate your waste and put out the trash bins in the house. Failure to dispose of waste and accumulation of garbage will result in a penalty of €60.00 to €150.00 for disposal in a landfill. If you are unsure about waste collection, we are always available for further information.
